  Quality Warranty

All ICMI products are unconditionally warranted, when used as directed, to perform to your complete satisfaction.

All ICMI developers are warranted for the full preventative maintenance (P.M.) cycle as set forth by the original equipment manufacturer.

We further warrant that, when used as directed, ICMI products will not damage your equipment in any way. If at any time the use of ICMI products is cited as a cause of damage to your equipment, please request a written statement as to exactly how ICMI / Nu-kote products were responsible. This written statement must be on the service company's letterhead, dated, and signed by the service company's field and/or service representative.

Please forward this report immediately to ICMI.

ICMI will remunerate you for the full amount of any and all service, product, and/or repair charges for any such valid claim. ICMI's liability under these warranties shall be limited to the remunerations as stated above.

SELLER HEREBY EXCLUDES ANY AND ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES WARRANTIES AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OF THESE GOODS OR THEIR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Seller shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

All goods are shipped upon condition that these terms be accepted by Buyer, if not, Buyer must promptly return the goods and notify Seller in writing. These terms supercede all prior oral or written terms or representations and may be waived or modified only by a writing signed by an officer of Seller.
